Multi-jurisdictional Litigation Support

We have broad experience in obtaining recognition and enforcement in Armenia of international judgments and arbitral decisions, advising on and assisting with the service of process for multi-jurisdictional litigation (for example, under the Convention on The Recognition And Enforcement Of Foreign Arbitral Awards),  providing expert testimony on Armenian law, and successfully applying for temporary restraining orders over assets located in Armenia.
